Glacier Bay and Alaskan Splendor..

I haven't written much in the past few weeks or so. Not much is really going on. I'm now focussing more on my writing/musical project. The shows are moving along well. My heart is content at the moment with the fabulous man in my life. My social life is going well and I'm pretty good about keeping in touch with those who want to keep in touch. I haven't been taking pictures or video much this trip. Truth is I did this trip about 5 years ago and have many hours of beautiful footage from helicopter flights, floatplane flights, bus trips, and town tours to keep me occupied in the editing room for months. However, back then digital video wasn't much a part of my vocabulary. Neither were digital pictures. So I've taken a few with my newfound camera and will take some more as scenery inspires me in the future. Right now enjoy the face of the Marjorie Glacier in Glacier Bay National Park. We get so close that if ice falls off the face, you can hear it. It sounds like a low rumble. It's pretty fascinating and if I remember it's even more fascinating to be right on top of one to see the rivers of pure blue oxygenated water. It doesn't get very warm up here so I'm looking forward to my Caribbean days coming up in the fall. I just hope hurricane season is over by then.
